3. Product Information & Health Disclaimer

Our products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take prescription medications. Information on this site is for educational purposes and is not medical advice.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described on our Shipping and Returns page. We ship only where hemp-derived CBD products may lawfully be received; customers are responsible for knowing their local laws.

6. Returns & 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your purchase up to 60 days after purchase. Details are on our Shipping and Returns page. To request a refund, email refunds@sootheorganic.com or call (307) 224-2556.

7. Lab Results & Product Claims

Every batch we sell is third-party tested and Certificates of Analysis are published on our Lab Results page. Product potency and contents are as stated on each batch COA.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product names — belongs to Soothe Organic or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content, or using it for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soothe Organic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
